But now, for many experts, the view has largely changed, along with improved vaccination rates. It’s a return to normalcy made possible, health experts say, because more people are getting vaccinated. On the testing front, there’s new advice from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the fully vaccinated. The CDC said no COVID-19 test is needed if a fully vaccinated person is showing no COVID-19 symptoms, even the person has been exposed to someone who is infected.
